Where we started

We started with nonprofits, helping them use AI and clean up how work got done.

The tools were rarely the hard part. The leaders were stretched thin. They needed someone to listen and help them sort through what was on their minds.

So we built Magstreet Advisors around both: AI for teams and leadership advising.

Our team's worked with hundreds of organizations, from nonprofits to real estate teams and plumbing groups, helping them put AI to work and make better leadership decisions. We work with owners and leaders anywhere in the US.

That work brings two perspectives to the same table: how a team gets things done and how its leader decides what comes next. We connect the practical changes with the decisions behind them.
